Shipping policy

All hat orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We carefully pack hats to avoid shape damage during transit. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days; international orders take 7–14 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt for support.
